Mechanical Preventative Maintenance

 

Most equipment needs some TLC each month to operate efficiently and last through its lifespan

  • Monthly Quarterly Semi and  Yearly preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment i.e. Hot water tanks, boilers, pumps, AHU, RTU, MUA 
  • Mechanical rounds log to insure all equipment is operating correctly
  • Utility Log. This is a great way to understand the peaks and valleys of utilities. We can identify cost savings ideas to help keep your peak usages down.

Asset Management

It is critical for building owners and operators to have a good understanding of how long their buildings mechanical equipment will last ,  how much it will cost to replace and when the replacement cost outweighs the maintenance burden. We can build a custom Capital Plan that will include the health of the equipment, approximate age left on that piece and the approximate cost of future replacement. This is a great tool to build future budgets around expensive equipment replacement costs.
